Patient presented to paediatric surgical emergency in Muhammadi Hospital Model Town Sialkot from some private clinic with facial trauma after fall from stairs.

After initial management thoroughly examined by paediatric and neonatal surgeon Dr.Hafiz Muhammad Umer and diagnosed as case of Facial Trauma leading to Through and Through Facial Laceration of R Cheek about 5*5cm.

After initial treatment,workup and counselling of parents plan was made to repair under General Anaesthesia.

Alhamdulillah successful cosmesis closure was performed with fine subcuticular stitches with no scar on face postoperatively.
