Peased to share the successful management and discharge of a challenging case of antenatally diagnosed #Gastroschisis at Children's Surgical Hospital Sialkot. The baby was delivered via planned C-section at our hospital and was managed from birth by our paediatric surgical team using staged silo reduction due to loss of Abdominal Domain followed by definitive Abdominal closure(Muscle Sparing approach). Despite the complexity of the case, the patient showed excellent recovery and was discharged successfully on 21st Day of Life. This case highlights the importance of antenatal diagnosis, timely multidisciplinary planning, neonatal intensive care, and dedicated paediatric surgical management. We are thankful to Allah Almighty, our entire team, and the baby’s parents for their trust and cooperation.
